At MAXPEDITION, we stand by the durability of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
